SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders take 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays. However during promotions, orders may take an additional time to process.

· We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, and US nationally observed holidays.

· Any orders received between Monday - Friday, by 2pm (PT) will be processed in 3-7 business days.

· Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by Monday, or by close of business day Tuesday.

· Transit Time. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address. Please allow up to 3-7 days for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods and during the weekends.

2. Order Cancellation

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. CHIMA BEAUTY AND SKINCARE is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

● CHIMA BEAUTY AND SKINCARE will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

2. Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, CHIMA BEAUTY AND SKINCARE is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. CHIMA BEAUTY AND SKINCARE does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.

3. Shipping Fees and Delivery

We are located in Maryland. All rates and transit times are reflective of this location.

· We ship via USPS, Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

· International First-Class Shipping (5-8 business days): $50

· International Express Shipping (3-4 business days): $70

· 2-weeks minimum International shipping usually takes 6 to 14 business days for delivery using USPS Priority Mail. Please remember, this is only an estimate and this estimate does not include time spent in customs.

· Customers are responsible for all duties, import fees, and taxes associated with the shipments.

· If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. All couriers are independent agencies and are not operated under or by CHIMA BEAUTY AND SKINCARE.

· These agencies conduct their own businesses within their own standards and abide by their own rules and regulations.

4. Order Status and Order Tracking

You may check the status of your order by emailing us at info@chimabeauty.com or call us at 6513523154. Once your order has shipped, your trackingnumber, when available, will be provided. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

To track your order via the carrier’s Website, use your tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.
